What this means is that we provide individualised coaching in a team environment. A maximum of 6 persons, each with their personalised training program, on the floor, at the same time with the support of a highly professional and experienced PT to guide them.
There is research, which shows that social support not only motivates people during their workouts but also creates accountability. Your “accountabilly buddies” are instrumental to keeping you consistent with your training schedule.
Working out on your own can become boring and repetitive, and sometimes lonely. Working alongside others is fun, challenging, motivating and creates a sense of belonging. What’s more, you don’t need to think what to do next nor whether you are doing things right. Your Personal Trainer will be watching and guiding you ever step of the way.

What you need to know:
- It includes a personalised Program Design for you to do during the week (either at home or in a gym)
- These are suitable for both men and women of all fitness levels
- Each program runs for 4 weeks at a time with each session being a weekly 50min training session
- Nutritional coaching depending on personal goals
- Payment is made in advance of the start of each program so you have the option of rolling over your program after every 4 weeks
- At any time you can leave the program, and if you wish to return provided there is a slot for you (remember no more than 6 per session) you would be able to rejoin.

Tuesdays from 16:00-16:50
Wednesday from 18:00-18:50
Fridays from 17:00-17:50
